PERSONNEL
Included in the package price are uniformed personnel consisting of cooks, waitresses, busboys, kitchen helpers, and delivery personnel as needed. Number of staff will depend on the size of your event.

SERVICE
Staff will set your tables with salt and pepper shakers, creamers and sugars, knives, forks, spoons, napkins, and filled water glasses.

Waitresses will direct and assist in buffet lines, including refilling of chafing dishes and clear plates and utensils after dining.

DESSERT
We will gladly cut and plate your cake or dessert.

BUFFET
Your buffet will be decorated with flowers, greenery, etc.
Additional $125.00 will be charged if upstairs buffet is used.

EQUIPMENT
Full-Service menus include chafing dishes, trays, bowls, baskets, and utensils for buffet serving; heavy-duty disposable “ClassicWare” plates, stainless steel flatware, napkins, coffee mugs, cups, salt and pepper shakers, sugar and creamers.
